The YES!++ course guides one on a journey deeper into one's self, enabling the spontaneous integration of life and wisdom. It offers a chance to dive deep into genuine relaxation. We need to rest in order to be more dynamic. However, often we come back from vacation feeling more exhausted and in the need of another one. The YES!++ course is vacation in the truest sense of the word. Complete with silence, meditation, seva (service) and celebration, it will help one emerge refreshed, revitalized and invigorated.
Often offered in-residence, it includes special meditations that utilize the power of silent awareness and observation for culturing the system, expanding awareness, and bringing freedom to life. The course is open to those who have already taken the YES!+ /UTSAV workshop and is spread over 5 days.

Since there are mannny of  the Yes!+ Graduates who are looking forward for The YES!++ at Hrishikesh make sure that you don't wait till late or you might hear the volunteers and organizers say "Sorry NO MORE SEATS AVAILABLE!! Better luck next time "

    Dec 29: 2nd Upgrade of YES!+
** Dec 30 - Jan 3: Advanced Course (will end by afternoon of Jan 3)
** Jan 3-4: Sahaj Samadhi Meditation (will begin on afternoon of Jan 3)
** Jan 5-7: Outdoors excursion / Trip to Mysore most probably*
** Jan 8-11: DSN (The course will end on 18:00 hours on 11 Jan)
    

**Participants can choose to take the courses individually or as a whole winter break package.

For those who want to do only YES!+ advanced course:

Arrival      :  28 Dec 2008, before 6pm
Departure :  3 Jan 2009

FEE STRUCTURE:


YES!++ : Rs. 3500
Sahaj    : Rs. 1500
DSN      : Rs. 3100
Total      : Rs. 8100

Please note that trip to Mysore is not included in the fee structure. That we will let u know later.
