My YES!+

I, V.K.Hariharan m working as a Chief officer (Deputy to Capt and To be capt very soon) on merchant container ships. Pls note i have seen a lot of people upclose and worked with variety of nationalities and culturally diversed people in my tenure on ships.

Never have I been so happy at meeting someone or something in my life as today !!! .

The week of YES + will be one of the best days in my life.

The full group of youngsters (around 80) with whom i went to the ashram at the end of the yes+ program is the largest congregation of sane minded, decent, committed and liquor free youth I have seen since my 10th std. It feels good and proud to be associated with such a group. I cant help but feel sad that I had not done the YES!+ before.

Yes+ program helps you look at yourself in a different perspective. Yes+ helps you indentify your own mental barriers and teaches you to break free of them. Yes+ teaches you the art of living. Art of living in the sense on mental and physical level plus the spiritual level. The Yes+ I feel is the requirement of each youngsters in this era of completely chaotic, impetous , stressed and lost youth.

YES!+ requires commitment and sincerity which the youth who participate give willingly with love and devotion to their teachers. The teachers deserve all the applause and are role models to the students.

Now I m a YES!+ student joining ship with a very heavy heart on thinking the friends and things I leave behind. I Feel highly indebted and deep gratitude towards all of them who taught me and guided me to do the course but feeling of indebtedness is not enough, I m determined to do my kriya’s and practice the ethos of Yes + as much as possible with commitment and spread the word to all the people I know which I feel will be my effort to repay the debt/love I owe to my teachers and the Art of living foundation and Guruji Himself.
