The Legendary Guruji  meet Chennai and YES!+ was a Great Part of  it! Many Special Moments! Sure Every one who was there would accept that!

Well Just after meeting Guruji Anj@na Di Met us all.. Here is what she said about becoming a YES!+ Teacher...

         Body-Physical Aspect
         Mind- Not wandering in past or futurebut being in the present moment
         Breath- being regular in sadhana
         Intellect- not doubting the process
         Memory- not taking in or dwelling in negativities about seva
         Ego - being ready to do anything big or small
         Self- taking guruji along with us wherever we go
3.BEING GRATEFUL- For the knowledge we have got from Guruji!
4.NON DOERSHIP
5.BEING THE SOURCE AND A BUBBLE OF ENTHUSIASM AND JOY
